In the course of the 5 days since we left the cold seas of Winthrop/Boston, Massachusetts, now we are in Conanicut Island, Rhode Island on a mooring, in the harbor. The people are a lot nicer than at the recent place we stayed at the other night. The people were…..wait, I’m getting a head of myself. Let me start from the beginning.

It was a snowy night at Winthrop, MA in the cold dead of night at the C.P.Y. C {Cottage Park Yacht Club.} We were unloading the provisions for the trip and we were with our friend Dave Daniels. He was driving our truck back to the house and we did not like to luggernaught* the provisions in the snow. So, we got permission to stay at my Aunty Lyn’s house and we did everything we needed to and TAKE A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP!!!

Everything was great and then we packed the provisions inside Sea Zen and we were off to wherever the south wind took us, to the Bahamas I hope! Our first port of call was Scituate Massachusetts. I don’t remember much about that stop so I can’t tell you about it. We got to a little fishing town called Cuttyhunk Island { It is a native American word that means lands end}. Then we when to a place I don’t want to talk about. The people weren’t too nice about helping us when the transmission was broken. OK so, we had to sail because the transmission was broken. When we got to Conanicut Island we had to call tow boat U.S. and were pushed to a mooring and now as I am awaiting what will happen next.
